  • Project Proposals: Custom proposals are provided after understanding client requirements. Final pricing is based on agreed deliverables.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are structured as follows:
    • Initial deposit: 50% of the project cost.
    • Remaining balance: Upon completion and prior to delivery.
  • Revisions: Projects include up to two revisions unless specified otherwise. Additional revisions are chargeable.
  • Timelines: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on the project scope and client collaboration.

7. Maintenance and Support

STELLAR offers optional maintenance plans for ongoing support, starting at ₹3,000/month. Support outside the scope of maintenance plans will incur additional charges.

8. Confidentiality

STELLAR ensures the confidentiality of all shared client data. However, STELLAR is not liable for breaches caused by third-party hosting providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

STELLAR is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party services, including hosting and payment gateways.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Projects can be canceled before the initial deposit is made.
  • Refunds are not applicable for work already completed.
  • If a project is terminated midway, STELLAR reserves the right to retain payments for the completed portion of the project.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

The Site may include links or integrations with third-party tools or services. STELLAR is not responsible for the functionality or content of these external services.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

STELLAR reserves the right to update or modify the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.
